Bright Spot Prints is an artist-owned shop making quirky, joy-filled art for your walls...and doing a little good while we’re at it. Every print is handmade with love (and maybe a little glitter), and a portion of profits goes to causes that brighten our communities. Because the world’s a mess, but your space doesn’t have to be.
Great question! Screen printing (or silkscreen printing) is a traditional printmaking technique where ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto paper. Each color in the design requires a separate screen, and every print is hand-pulled one at a time in our studio.
Yes! Every Bright Spot print is hand-pulled using traditional screen printing methods. This means each piece has subtle variations that make it truly one-of-a-kind.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Each print is handmade, so slight variations are part of the process and make every piece unique. I take care to ensure all prints ship with clean corners and edges, but if your order arrives damaged or does not meet these standards, please contact us by email: orders@brightspotprints.com

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end if your order is lost or stolen. We wish we could be more helpful, but once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the mail carriers hands.

Orders are often shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number to track your package in transit. Orders are often packaged quickly, and once processing has begun, we may not be able to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after an order is placed.

Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier is unable to deliver a package and it is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order (excluding shipping costs). Please
note that carriers do not always provide us with a reason for the return.
We package all orders with care, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with USPS here.
Please also inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Screen prints have richer, more vibrant colors and a tactile quality you can feel. Unlike digital prints, each one is made by hand, giving it unique character and variation and making it a true piece of art.
